Since 1999 I have worked for Kraft Foods at their headquarters locations. I have held a wide variety of positions ranging from application development, to internal systems audit, to client support, to training and development. Currently I am a Training Developer for the multi-year SAP implementation project, Catalyst, working specifically with the Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Participating in extra-curricular Kraft activities has always been important to me, so for the past year I have served as the Northshore Communications Lead for GBS ONE, the organization within Information Systems that plans events relating to Networking, Rewards and Recognition, Volleyball and more. I have also been involved in several Kraft community service projects to “make a delicious difference”.
In 2011 I became one of the Co-Directors of Volunteers for the Chicagoland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (CCASTD, a chapter of the National ASTD). It has been a great experience to work with a wonderful group of dedicated and extremely talented learning and performance professionals on the board! I am also a member of the Chicago chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (CISPI, a chapter of the National ISPI). I am a huge advocate for collaboration with others (either personally or via social networking), so I like to attend as many CISPI, CCASTD, SharePoint, Networking and Roosevelt Alumni events that I can. Maybe I will see you at an event soon!
In 1998 I graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, with my Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems. Almost 12 years later in 2010 I graduated from Roosevelt University with my Master of Arts in Training and Development.
